Film Foley Fun Workshop

Get hands on with the incredible world of film sound effects! In this workshop you’ll get to try out some of the tricks, techniques and props that Foley artists use to make the films you love sound amazing.

Learn how Foley artist use everyday object to create a world of sound in this exciting interactive workshop. Our tutor will show you how different props and techniques can be used in new and inventive ways to make sound effects, before giving you the chance to add your own soundscape to a scene from a classic film.

No experienced is required for this half day session, just bring your imagination! Perfect for those aged 10-16 years who are interested in getting behind the scenes of filmmaking.

Tutor

Isgard Wild is a freelance creative and workshop coordinator based in Exeter.

For the last 10 years she has been delivering a range of craft and animation based workshops for teenagers, kids and families. She has a BA in Fine Art and also works as Creative Media lecturer at Exeter College.
