This intensive one day course is designed for screenwriters who already have a screenplay and want to take it to the next level.
Based on Lucy’s (in)famous ‘Live Script’ session at London Screenwriters’ Festival, writers will be editing their pages live in the room to ensure their scripts are page-turners, right from page 1.
Run by locally-based script editor Lucy V Hay, this session will look at the fundamentals of screenwriting, including structure and characterisation, but also dialogue, story world, scene focus and more.
Not for the faint-hearted – you WILL uncover problems in your storytelling! But if you can ‘handle the truth’, then bring your scripts and let’s get cracking.
We offer a range of film production courses covering scriptwriting, cinematography, sound, editing and visual effects, please do take a look at the full programme of courses available here >>
Workshop attendees get 10% off all food and hot drinks at the Café Bar.
